The following terms and privacy statements should be read before using our Epicor Webtrack portal service. By accessing this system by both enrolling and signing in, you are agreeing to accept all of these terms.
In order to set up the electronic customer portal, you will be required to provide us with certain personally identifying information including your name, contact number and email address, as well as certain non-public personally identifying information such as your account number and customer name. Such information will be stored, handled, and used by us as a means of contacting you, and providing customer support services.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via this service, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Your access to this service remains in effect until it is terminated by you or us. You may terminate your access to this site at any time by notifying the customer service by email, in person or in writing. This cancellation applies to your online services only and does not terminate your account.
Procedures for Lost, Stolen, or Compromised Authentication Credentials or Unauthorized Account Access
If you believe that your credentials may have been lost or stolen, or that someone may be using your credentials without your permission please contact the credit manager at email@example.com

THE EPICOR WEBTRACK PORTAL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, WARRANTIES OF AVAILABILITY OR RELIABILITY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES THAT ARE IMPLIED BY, AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE EPICOR WEBTRACK PORTAL WILL OPERATE AS INTENDED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES AS TO THE SECURITY OF YOUR COMMUNICATIONS VIA THE EPICOR WEBTRACK PORTAL OR THAT THIRD PARTIES WILL NOT GAIN UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR MONITOR YOUR COMPUTER(S) OR ONLINE COMMUNICATIONS. YOU AGREE THAT WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SUCH UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS.
IN NO EVENT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE EPICOR WEBTRACK PORTAL SERVICES OR FOR ANY ACTION TAKEN BY US TO PROTECT THE EPICOR WEBTRACK PORTAL SERVICES OR THE BREACH BY EPICOR OF ANY WARRANTY.
Some states prohibit limitation of implied warranty rights and remedies. Check your own state law for additional rights.
You acknowledge that communications or transactions conducted online are not absolutely secure. You further acknowledge that there may be system failures that may limit your ability to use the Webtrack Service available through Epicor. You agree to assume all risk and liability arising from your use of the Webtrack Service, including the risk of breach in the security of the communications you conduct with the Webtrack Service. Your use of the Webtrack Service will mean that you agree not to make a claim against Tile By Design Inc. relating to such online services and that you will hold us harmless from any claim, liability or damage resulting from online service in connection with your account.
Changes to the Service; Termination of Services
We may discontinue any of the services without notice, or require re-enrollment if terms or conditions are modified. We may terminate online service for your account if we receive conflicting information, if your account is in default or otherwise not in good standing, or if we determine that an online service is being used improperly.
